Camlune Creator Terms

Effective: October 20, 2026. Offered by TopAhead Technology Solutions Inc ("Camlune", "we").

  1. What you get. Once you publish a qualifying post, we give you one code for 12 months of Camlune Pro. That code is the only compensation. It has no cash value, can't be transferred, and ends after 12 months with no automatic charge.
  2. Qualifying post. A public social post, video or blog about Camlune, published after you accept these terms, that carries a clear ad disclosure (see section 3). App Store and Google Play reviews and ratings never qualify, and you must not post them in exchange for anything from us.
  3. Disclosure. Put a clear label at the start of the caption, and on screen or spoken in a video: "#ad" or "Ad", or your country's required label (for example "Publicité" or "Collaboration commerciale" in France, 【PR】 in Japan, #publicidad in Spain, #pubblicità in Italy). Turn on the platform's paid-partnership tool where there is one. In France, add "Image retouchée" when a filter changes the appearance of a face or body. Tags like #sp, #collab or "thanks @camlune", or a disclosure only in your bio, are not enough.
  4. Honesty. Say what you really think. We don't require positive content and we don't script claims. Only describe features you have actually used, and don't make health, medical or before-and-after promises.
  5. Our rights. If a post is missing its disclosure, we may ask you to fix it, and we may withhold or cancel the code if it isn't fixed. We may end this program at any time; codes already earned stay valid.
  6. Your content. You keep ownership. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare it with credit on Camlune channels for 12 months. We won't use it in paid ads without your separate written OK.
  7. Eligibility. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian accept for you. The program is void where prohibited, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you receive.
  8. Privacy. We use your contact details and post links to run this program, as described at camlune.com/privacy.
  9. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer law gives you rights that cannot be waived. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, except where your local law requires otherwise. Contact: [email protected].
